📬 1. Write to us

The fastest way to reach a human is email: support@beercounter.app. Write in English or Czech — both work.

To save a round trip, tell us which device you are on (iPhone, Android or the browser version) and the email address of your Beer Counter account. If something looks wrong on a screen, a screenshot helps a lot.

🔑 2. I cannot sign in

• Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. The reset link arrives from beercounter.app — check your spam folder if you do not see it.
• You signed up with Google or Apple? Then your account has no password. Use the same button you used when you created the account.
• "This email is already in use" when signing up means the account exists — sign in to it instead, or have a reset link sent.
• Waiting for a confirmation email? New accounts confirm their address first. You can ask for a new link on the verification screen.

👑 3. Patron subscription

• Manage or cancel: Overview → Manage subscription, or through the store you bought it in (App Store, Google Play or Stripe for the web version).
• Paid but not a Patron? Open Overview → Restore purchases. If that does not help, send us the receipt or order number.

📲 4. Beer Counter in the browser

The whole app also runs in a browser at beercounter.app with the same account — nothing to download. You can add it to your home screen and it behaves like a normal app.

🗑️ 5. Delete my account

You can delete your account and all its data directly in the app: Overview → Settings → Delete account. The deletion is permanent and takes your logged beers, statistics and the account itself with it.

If you cannot get into the app, write to us from the address the account is registered to and we will handle it.

🍺 6. Please drink responsibly

Beer Counter is a personal tracking tool for adults of legal drinking age. Blood alcohol figures in the app are estimates only — never use them to decide whether you can drive.

📬 1. Napiš nám

Nejrychleji se k člověku dostaneš e-mailem: support@beercounter.app. Česky i anglicky, obojí projde.

Ať to nemusíme zjišťovat zpětně, napiš rovnou, na čem appku máš (iPhone, Android nebo web) a jakým e-mailem se přihlašuješ. Když něco na obrazovce nesedí, hodně pomůže screenshot.

🔑 2. Nemůžu se přihlásit

• Zapomenuté heslo? Na přihlašovací obrazovce ťukni na Zapomněl(a) jsi heslo?. Odkaz chodí z beercounter.app — kdyby nedorazil, mrkni do spamu.
• Registroval ses přes Google nebo Apple? Pak účet žádné heslo nemá. Použij stejné tlačítko jako při zakládání.
• „Tento e-mail se už používá" při registraci znamená, že účet existuje — přihlas se k němu, nebo si nech poslat odkaz na nové heslo.
• Čekáš na potvrzovací e-mail? Nové účty si nejdřív potvrzují adresu. O nový odkaz si můžeš říct na obrazovce ověření.

👑 3. Předplatné Patron

• Správa a zrušení: Přehled → Správa předplatného, nebo přes obchod, kde jsi ho koupil (App Store, Google Play, u webové verze Stripe).
• Zaplatil jsi, ale Patrona nevidíš? Otevři Přehled → Obnovit nákupy. Kdyby to nepomohlo, pošli nám doklad nebo číslo objednávky.

📲 4. Beer Counter v prohlížeči

Celá appka běží i v prohlížeči na beercounter.app, se stejným účtem a bez stahování. Dá se přidat na plochu a chová se pak jako běžná aplikace.

🗑️ 5. Chci smazat účet

Účet i všechna data smažeš přímo v appce: Přehled → Nastavení → Smazat účet. Smazání je nevratné a vezme s sebou zapsaná piva, statistiky i samotný účet.

Kdyby ses do appky nedostal, napiš nám z adresy, na kterou je účet vedený, a vyřešíme to.

🍺 6. Pij zodpovědně

Beer Counter je osobní evidenční nástroj pro dospělé, kteří dosáhli věku pro legální konzumaci alkoholu. Promile v appce je jen orientační odhad — nikdy podle něj nerozhoduj, jestli můžeš řídit.
